Michael gives direction and leadership to Mountainside Church. He is passionate about helping people understand the message of Jesus: That regardless of who you are, God has a good plan for your life & wants a relationship with you. Michael is married to his beautiful wife Olivia and together have two children.

Tia is the Location Pastor of Mountainside Binbrook and helps oversee the team. She is a professor at Mohawk College and is married to her husband Chava, and they have three amazing boys.

Aaron’s role is to ensure that every department is up and operating efficiently, and to help create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Olivia is responsible for all the events that we do at Mountainside. Her desire is to see people build new friendships so that people will grow in their faith. She also runs Canada’s largest Christian youth conference every Fall (Change Conference), and is married to her husband Michael and has two children. Olivia is currently praying that Target Department Stores will return to Canada.

Aliza is the Associate Pastor at Mountainside Church in both Dundas and Binbrook, focusing on preaching and teaching. She loves getting to know people deeper! She is married to her husband, David, and is passionate about people becoming followers of Jesus. She also would choose to eat mashed potatoes every day of her life if she could.

Blair is the Operations Director at Mountainside Church. He works alongside the Lead Pastor to shape the long-term vision for church growth and new locations and helps support church leaders and ministries while developing healthy frameworks and systems for the church. Beyond Mountainside, Blair is a Senior Program Manager with ERDO. Blair and his wife, Esther, call Dundas home. A true Charlie Brown aficionado, he is also on a mission to have Smarties recognized as their own food group.

Clayton’s main goal as our Youth Pastor is to help the students of Mountainside grow in their faith while having fun. Clayton and his wife Beth (our Nursery & Pre-school pastor!) have three amazing kids and live in Binbrook. When Clayton isn’t on the water fishing, you can find him watching fishing videos while cleaning his fishing rods, while dreaming about fishing.

Beth is responsible for looking after kids at Mountainside. She knows that the most important thing that we can do as a local Church is to invest into our kids and to make sure that they are loved. Beth is also married to our Youth Pastor Clayton, and is the one thing stopping him from spending all of their money on fishing gear. Good job Beth.

Neil gives leadership to the music and production aspects of our Church. He has the goal of helping people connect to God through song, and to help people truly show love to God through musical worship. Neil and his family have lived in the village of Binbrook for over 10 years and can remember when Binbrook didn’t even have a gas station… Oh wait…

Janelle oversees the preschool ministry at Mountainside and works as an Occupational Therapist. She has a Master's in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor’s of Arts from Redeemer College. She's all about helping kids and adults with disabilities. Janelle is married to Neil, who handles the music and tech stuff, and they have two kids, Liam and Cherie.
